[H2N 4] Reinstalling the package
Sometimes when you import a new package version the files get corrupted or they don't overwrite properly in your config.
In order to solve this issue, you have to reinstall Hand2Note 4.
To completely remove the program, please follow a few simple steps:
Open the Control Panel by typing "control panel" in the Windows search bar or by pressing Win+R and typing "control" -> Enter
In Control Panel choose Programs and Features
Find Hand2Note 4 among installed programs
Click on the program name and click Uninstall, or right-click on the program name -> Uninstall
Open My Computer -> C Drive -> Program Files and completely delete the Hand2Note 4 folder
This way you remove not only the program, but also the remaining folders and files that may have caused the issue.
To delete Hand2Note 4 databases please open folder C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note and delete the "Databases" folder.
Do NOT delete other folders such as h2ndb or external, it may cause issues in Hand2Note 3 if you have it installed
Please note that the folder C:\Users\Your Name may not show AppData folder, then just type it in Explorer address bar to make it C:\Users\Your Name\AppData and press Enter, as shown in the instruction video.
That's all, Hand2Note 4 and the database are completely removed from your PC. Now you can download and reinstall the new version of the program, then install the Smart Research Package again.
